A runner size rug could be a perfect alternative to an aisle runner, giving your ceremony a lux look, a huge visual impact and something you can reuse for years to come in your hallway.

Above are two from Angela Adams: The Betty in Cranberry and Birch Evening. For more expensive rugs, consider registering for them.  

 The next two are from Amy Butler, Acanthus and Bright Buds. From what I can tell she doesn't produce rug runners but she has small rugs that could be laid one after another.
